1. Hydrate yourself

We have adapted to prepare our own food for consumption and have been doing so for millennia. You need to cook for yourself at least a few times per week. Nutritionally speaking, home cooking is the only way to be the master and commander of your dietary ship — you control all the ingredients, cooking times, and preparation methods. 3. Make physical activity a part of your everyday lifestyle

6. Opt for forgiveness
Seek forgiveness from others, fiercely forgive others, and fight to forgive yourself.
When you live a life without forgiveness, you live a life laden with anger and resentment. Anger and resentment create disharmony within our hearts and minds — disharmony that has physical manifestations in the way of increased blood pressure, cortisol, and anxiety.
Anger is a cage, and forgiveness is the key — use it to set yourself free.
7. Find new hobbies
Life is all about learning — from the moment we’re born and we learn to breathe, the moment we expire and finally experience death, life is one long learning process.
As humans, we LOVE to learn. When we master a new hobby or skill, it is an incredibly enriching experience, one that makes us feel monumentally better about ourselves.
