Dr. Carrie Jones
How Does Your Cortisol Affect Your Autoimmune Symptoms?

Dr. Carrie Jones an internationally sought-after speaker on women’s health, hormones, and functional lab testing – and the medical director at Precision Analytical, the makers of the DUTCH Hormone Test. (Gold standard for functional medicine at this point) She shares some fascinating physiology and recommendations pertaining to optimizing cortisol rhythms in an effort to calm autoimmune attacks in the body!
What you’ll learn:
- The strength of one’s Cortisol Activation Response (CAR) is an essential factor in regards to the body’s ability to destroy immune cells that are programmed for autoimmunity
- It’s very simple (and free) to improve/strengthen your CAR and Dr. Jones shares exactly how to do it!
- How does our CAR get out of whack? Learn some obvious (and not so obvious) destroyers of a healthy stress response and CAR!
- An overview of the light spectrum – and which kinds of light are helpful/harmful for our physiology. (HINT: This depends on the timeof day!)
Dr. Jones’ presentation covers a factor in reducing autoimmune symptoms and healing from AI disease that Michael & his wife found to have perhaps the biggest impact on her own symptoms and energy levels. You will learn many simple, practical, and cheap/free action steps you can take TODAY to increase energy and calm autoimmune flares!
