Nanci Tunley NTC, FDN
Nanci is an empowerment coach for women who are ready to live life with courage, confidence and embrace the life they feel were meant to without apology. After being in the wellness industry for over a decade as a nutritionist and Pilates instructor, she realized that there was a deep need that was going unfulfilled with many of her clients.
Like so many women, including herself at one time, many were struggling with yo-yo dieting, body image, fatigue, emotional well-being, inner turmoil and settling for less than what they truly desired. What they really wanted was to feel fully alive, inspired, lit up, free to express themselves and at home in their bodies. This is where her personal growth journey began both for herself and countless women she spoke to that wanted to breakthrough the self imposed glass ceiling in their lives and explore what it really was that was between them and what they really wanted to be experiencing.
They felt uncomfortable letting go of dieting, pursuing their true passions and truly loving themselves. They felt guilt, shame and fear when they thought about putting themselves first and wondered if and how they could do it. When she started to offer the support and programs to help her clients do just this, their lives began to change.
They felt empowered around food, their health and energy improved, they took care of themselves on a whole new level and on all levels. They truly showed up for themselves and allowed their true desires to take root and their lives to harmonize. This became the crux of her health and life coaching programs that transform women’s relationship with food, themselves, their loved ones and the world around them.
She is a also a Certified Nutritional Therapist, Functional Diagnostic Health Practitioner and Certified Master Transformation Coach. She sees clients privately and also hosts group programs. She is married with 2 young girls and lives in San Diego, CA.
