Finally, someone created this!
This is the root of all chronic disease…
Hi [First Name],
This is very true: “All disease begins in the gut.” – Hippocrates
And yet, despite this truth, people are still struggling to keep their gut bugs in check.
This is mainly due to the following important factors:
- Poor Diet: Too many people are still eating calorie rich but nutrient poor foods. And their diets seriously lack enough diversity to feed a diverse microbiome.
- Stress: Most people are chronically stressed which can cause “leaky gut,” restrict blood flow to the gut and even change the bacterial confirmation of your gut flora.
- Environmental Toxins: Things like pesticides and herbicides can wreak havoc on your beneficial gut flora.
- Overuse of Antimicrobials: This includes the over-prescription of antibiotics and the overuse of hand sanitizers. We’ve become too sterile for our own good.
- We’re out of touch with nature: The majority of people don’t spend enough time outside in nature. This cuts us off from the type of microbes with which we’ve evolved, and which helps strengthen our immune system and deal with viruses and pathogens.
There are many more factors but the simple fact is, most people aren’t doing enough to balance their gut…
… and it’s having serious health consequences.
- Digestive issues
- Skin problems
- Systemic inflammation
… And so many more debilitating symptoms continue to rise.
With many of these disorders at epidemic levels, I’d say we need a crash course on fixing the gut.
That’s exactly what my friends Joe and Michael from Rebel Health Tribe have done.
They’ve created the first ever, Microbiome Masterclass. <= [Affiliate Link]

What are you doing this weekend?
I’m excited for this weekend. Here’s why…
Hi [First Name],
This is new…
You probably already know how the gut can affect things in your brain.
The Gut-Brain axis is talked about quite a bit.
(If you haven’t heard about this, you definitely want to check out the event below).
What isn’t talked about a lot is how the brain can influence your gut and microbiome.
That’s the subject of a really fascinating presentation by one of the leaders in the field, Dr. Datis Kharrazian.
There’s a ton of emerging research coming out about the Microbiome.
Did you know that the microbiome “talks” to your mitochondria?
Actually, they talk to each other.
Your energy (or lack of energy) could be because of signaling your mitochondria are getting from your gut bugs.
That’s covered in a presentation from mitochondria and energy expert, Ari Whitten.
Oh, and the food you eat is talking to both.
It’s super complex and amazing and fortunately, my friends Mike and Joe from Rebel Health Tribe put together a Microbiome Masterclass to easily break this stuff down.
Who knew learning about the microbiome could be so much fun!
And this stuff is super important too. Once you understand these topics, you’ll be well on your way to gaining better health, more energy and losing those nagging symptoms.
The gut is everything.
Oh, and this online weekend seminar is completely free to attend.
You just need to let them know you’re coming here! <= [Affiliate Link]

Serious question: When was the last time you played in the mud?
Look, here’re the facts: We’re out of touch with nature and that the majority of us don’t spend enough time outside.
This cuts us off from the type of microbes we’ve evolved with, which helps strengthen our immune system and deal with viruses and pathogens.
Native microbes play a critical role in our health!

There is a war going on in your gut, friends.
Your Microbes are under attack and it’s causing us to degrade far from the vibrant humans we used to be.
The overuse of antimicrobials, over-prescription of antibiotics, and the pervasiveness of hand sanitizers, has caused us to become too “clean” for our own good.
If we ever want to restore our true health and potential, we must embrace microbes and connect more with our outside world.
Do you agree?
