Welcome to The Rebel Health Tribe Podcast – Episode 3: Karina Antonopoulos, A Highly Sensitive Person. Michael and Joe will be joined by Karina as they share in this emotionally charged podcast. In this episode, we will be navigating the emotions of the grieving process and learning how Karina became more aware of herself and the phenomenon of highly sensitive individuals. She will reveal how being pushed out of her comfort zone enabled her to do what she does now and how she built her strong foundation. Ever have that sudden feeling that you just have to go somewhere or call someone close to you? Are you the only one in the room that smells “that”? Are you super detail oriented or notice super subtle changes in your environment that no one else seems to? Well this episode will help you realize that you are not alone! As we dive into the loses of both Joe and Karina, there are many gems in this episode that will have you seeing things in a new light.
