Apple Cinnamon ‘no’Oatmeal

A warm, delicious breakfast "cereal"...packed with healthy fats, protein and nutrition! Leave the grain-filled oatmeal behind & boost your day with this n'oatmeal - leaving you saitietued and fueled til your next meal 🙂

Ingredients

1/2 cup full fat coconut milk

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp pure maple syrup

1/4 cup chopped almonds

1/4 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1 tbsp ground flax seeds

1/2 cup finely diced apple

1/2 cup almond milk

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Sprinkle salt

*optional - 1 tbsp Vital Proteins

Directions

1In a small pot, warm coconut milk and add chia seeds. Let this sit on low for 10-15 min, stirring occasionally.

2While chia seeds "set", chop your nuts and apple.

3Add diced apple to the pot as well as the almond milk & vanilla.

4Cook for another 5 min.

5Toss in nuts, flax seeds, cinnamon, *Vital Proteins - if using - and sprinkle of salt.

6Warm through and serve!
