Chicken Apple Bacon Hash

Quick and easy breakfast for those times you're sick of eggs... but not bacon. This is about as easy as it gets. If you have some chicken leftover from last night’s dinner, it’s even easier.

Ingredients

3-4 Free-range chicken thighs (or chicken breasts, whatever floats your boat)

1 Large organic apple

4 Slices pasture raised bacon

parsley

Salt and Pepper

Directions

1cutting up your bacon into about 1 inch pieces.

2cut up your chicken

3dice apple

4Throw your bacon in a heated pan and when you start getting a little bacon grease, you can add the chicken.

5Let that warm up for a minute and add the apple.

6Season with a little salt and pepper to taste and give it a few turns every now and then.

7Once the chicken is cooked and the apples are tender you’re ready to eat.

8If your chicken is already cooked from dinner last night, just add that last so it gets just enough time to heat up but not over cook.
