Easy Apple Cobbler

Gluten-free, grain-free take on this delicious classic and easy dessert. Spice blends can be found at


4 apples

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/4 cup cashews

3-4 tbsp. grass-fed butter, softened

2 tbsp. maple syrup (optional)

1 tsp. apple pie spice (

1 tsp. cinnamon cookie spice (


1Preheat oven to 365 degrees

2Cut apple into 1/4 inch slices

3Place apples in baking dish

4In a medium bowl mix remain ingredients until well blended

5Place mixture evenly over apples

6Drizzle with maple syrup if deseired

7Bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until apples are soft
