Gingersnap Pancakes

Bright yet warm flavors capture the fall season.

Ingredients

2/3 cup coconut flour

4 eggs

1 1/2 cup coconut milk

2 tsp. Gingersnap Spice from Primal Palate (www.TheseSpicesTho.com)

Coconut oil for frying

Directions

1In a large bowl mix ingredients very well.

2Melt coconut oil in pan over medium heat

3Pour batter into 4 - 5' pancakes and cook until nicely browned
