Omelette with savoy cabbage

I make a lot of variation for gluten free flat bread or tortilla or omelette. This is a bread substitute in our family. We usually eat it for breakfast. Sometimes we put some spread on it.


1 cup minced savoy cabbage

1 tbsp coconut oil

3 eggs

1/2 cup gluten free flour

1/4 cup sparkling water

flavor as you like: salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne pepper, cumin


1Put the oil in a cast iron pan and saute/fry the cabbage. I love fried cabbage.
