Stephanie is an
avid yogi and medical massage practitioner out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. She has a background in kinesiology from the University of Texas and has spent the last 10 years studying under some of the best names in the business learning the most innovative and effective techniques in the field of bodywork. Stephanie specializes in myofascial release and uses this knowledge to teach her own special brand of movement therapy which is taught in her yoga classes. When Stephanie is not at the yoga studio you can find her attending music festivals or hanging out at one of South Florida's many craft beer breweries.
