Our favorite microbiologist is BACK with another high-level professional presentation to share with you! This time we’ll be taking a deep dive into the infinite connections between gut health, microbiome diversity, and immune function. From optimizing resilience during the winter months to balancing and calming an overactive immune system (autoimmune, anyone?) – the health of our gut and microbiome are the #1 factors involved.
Kiran Krishnan is one of the most sought-after speakers and educators in the functional medicine world. Whether you’re a health practitioner looking to improve your knowledge and ability to help your patients & clients, or a health detective looking to optimize your immune function – this will be a PACKED professional presentation.
Bring your questions, and your notebooks!
You will learn:
- How the microbiome actually trains our own immune cells in the gut - and what can happen if that essential communication is missing
- How our gut lining becomes damaged, and how this can make us more susceptible to infection and increase the chances of developing autoimmune conditions
- Why ultra-restrictive diets may do more harm than good long-term, and how you might be able to introduce a more diverse diet
- Natural ways to heal our gut and build a more diverse and healthy microbiome - including dietary, lifestyle, and supplementation recommendations
We’ll also have a special bonus for anyone who attends live and stays until the end!
See you there!!
