Recommended Instructions
We recommend starting out slowly in taking MegaSporeBiotic, in order to avoid any GI discomfort. The optimal time to take the product is shortly after a meal containing significant protein. With food is also okay. Start with 1/2 capsule or 1 full capsule with food and slowly increase to 2 capsules per day using the following protocol.
If 1 capsule every other day is too strong, try starting with 1/2 capsules or even 1/4 capsule in some cases. Possible symptoms may include abdominal cramping, loose stools, and changes in bowel movements. Though these symptoms may be uncomfortable, they are a sign that the product is working! Symptoms should resolve within 2-3 days.
Recommended Titration:
- Week 1 – One Capsule, Every Other Day
- Week 2 – One Capsule, Every Day
- Week 3 & Beyond – Standard Dosage of 2 Capsules Per Day (at the same time)
NOTE: Sensitive individuals or children may require a smaller dosage. This may include people with known GI-related issues or those who are highly sensitive to supplements. The content of the capsule can be combined with a small amount of food or drink for a more individualized dosage.

I really like this product.
It has helped me expand what I can safely eat on my AIP Diet.
I take it for a few months, then I try a new food. If I don’t tolerate the food well, then I wait a few more months before I re-challenge.
Thank you!!
