Shipping Costs

We ship USPS First Class and Priority Mail as our primary carrier. Most orders ship the same day placed; however, due to high volume and inventory delays processing, prior to shipment, is an average 1-2 business days.  USPS First class delivers to most addresses within 1-4 business days upon the time of shipment. However, due to COVID and a smaller postal service workforce First Class mail does not have a guaranteed timeframe that can take upwards of 7 business days on rare occasions. Orders above 1lb automatically ship via USPS Priority. Free shipping can be applied to orders above a certain product order total and is stated on our site. Promotions are subject to change without notice.

Rebel Health Tribe has the right to charge shipping costs as it relates to the size and weight of the package in alignment with current postal/carrier prices. Prices may vary and are subject to change at anytime without notification.

[International Orders]  Duties, Taxes & Shipping:

Expect shipping times can take about 15+ days on average, and up to 6-10 weeks for some countries. Contact for a rough idea on shipping expectations with respect to the country you are trying to ship product to. Customs delays are out of our control. When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the US), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

If a product is seized or destroyed by customs Rebel Health Tribe is not to be held responsible for the losses, product, or refunds. Shipping internationally is considered “at your own risk” and Rebel Health Tribe will only refund those orders that are returned to us in the original conditions to which it was shipped, less shipping costs. Upon shipment from our distribution center, all sales are considered Final unless otherwise stated.

You are welcome to submit claims for lost, stolen, damaged packages through the USPS site. Claims can not be submitted prior to 30 days. Claim resolution can take 180 days or more.

  • We’re responsible for getting the package to customs, if the package is then lost, destroyed or stuck in customs, we are no longer responsible for the shipment.
  • Customs may change tracking/ use separate service for local delivery, we are not responsible for any changes once the package(s) reach customs.
  • The customer is ultimately responsible regarding regional issues or regulations with specific ingredients or product types.

Rebel Health Tribe, Inc. Has the right to refuse business or shipments to any suspicious parties. Illegal attempts at transactions or transactions in an attempt to violate wholesale or third-party agreements will be reported.

Tracking Information
Tracking is provided on the status of your delivery once a package is being prepared for shipment. In occasional instances, some items can go on backorder, which may delay order processing. If there is a case that an item in your order is back-ordered, we will contact you to notify you and usually ship a partial shipment if the delay is longer than 2 business days.

Any delays will be communicated to you as soon as they are identified.

Any delays that occur during transit, although rare, are an issue with the postal carrier and unfortunately is out of our immediate hands. You are welcome to contact us at anytime via email and we can do our best to investigate the location of your package.

Occasional USPS delays are out of our control. Please contact your local post office, not the general USPS number, with any questions or special instructions on your shipment or to inquire about delays. Usually if something is marked as delivered but has not in fact arrived, it is usually with the carrier or at a neighboring location. We reserve the right to split shipments as inventory dictates. We carefully control our inventory but we cannot control supply from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, this may cause us to temporarily remove products from our site due to issues with manufacturing and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. These instances are out of our immediate control as we can be dependent on 3rd party policies and supply issues.

Stop shipment/redirect requests are not guaranteed to work. If a package has already been shipped, it must be returned to us prior to rerouting the package and the cost to reroute will be the responsibility of the customer. In this instance, we will send a PayPal invoice to cover the charge of the rerouted package.

USPS Inquiries
For USPS inquiries, please check your tracking number and/or contact the local postal service foremost as they will have more timely information on the status of your shipment or the placement of your delivery. Additionally, please note USPS and Federal Holidays that may delay the transit time of your package.

Return shipments

  • Refunds for unopened products are available within 30 days of delivery confirmation, less the cost of the initial shipping cost and handling.
  • Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, liability, and packaging.
  • Returns/Refunds are not eligible for products that have been opened.
