I am all about living the healthiest life in the simplest possible way. Being healthy should be easy and that is what I am all about. Sharing this with the world is my big message since if it is complicated it won’t stick. If you find yourself struggling with health make sure the basics are in order and then dig in from there to find other things, but always build that base first.
Hey guys Nick Horoski here. And today I want to share with you, a little about building your health. It takes more than just you to become healthy. I am really equating this too – hey my son is on my back here and the old saying is, it takes a village to raise a child. So going with the Rebel Health Tribe theme, it takes a tribe to get healthy. Right, you have to think? How many people are really helping you with your health? Now, this is, of course, anyone you live with, anyone you are surrounded by, at home. Becuase of course, you are going to be eating similar things, you are all going to be on wholly a similar sleep-wake schedule, movement practices, a lot of these things can be very similar, that’s that tribe at home.
Your tribe extends well beyond that, and that is the point of the rebel health tribe, as far as I can see is. There are so many other practitioners out there to get healthy.
